HDF offers a modern twist to a traditional style of Irish dance in these classes. Miss Marie will be teaching the correct techniques in fun and high energy modern routines, giving the traditional Irish jigs, reals & steps a modern twist.

Marie offers dancers a relaxed approach to Irish , whilst still teaching all basics, we do not sit exams or compete but concentrate on the strength and technique assisting our ballet girls to really jump and bounce off those strong legs. This class is a fantastic option for dancers wanting to really increase Aerobic fitness and the strength required of a strong classical allegro dancing.
